AI Product Manager Lead · Arlington, VA

Tyler Zanona

By day, I ship real-time Voice AI and agentic products where quality is measured in milliseconds and trust. By night, I'm building a video game where the line between watching a story and playing it disappears. Nine years from hands-on code to product leadership — and I still build with both hands.

The story so far

Builder first.
Product always.

Builder

I started as a lead developer at Booz Allen Hamilton — JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in complex, high-stakes public-sector environments, owning delivery end to end from stakeholder requirements through release. That's where I learned the thing I still believe most: great products are built, not just planned.

Product

At Accenture I moved from writing the code to owning what gets built — translating customer needs into roadmaps, defining MVPs that accelerated delivery, mentoring globally distributed teams, and championing platform strategy with clients, vendors, and senior portfolio leadership.

AI

Today I lead shipped, production agentic AI end to end — real-time Voice AI and autonomous agents orchestrated across systems into one seamless, zero-setup flow. I define the quality bar (accuracy, hallucination, deflection), tell the story on stage at ServiceNow Knowledge 2026, and still prototype hands-on with Claude Code.

The line between watching a story and playing it should disappear. The design pillar behind Bodfish — and most of what I make

In flight

Three projects,
built end to end.

A game, a garden, and a hidden bar — each one mine from product vision through design, code, and craft.

Bodfish

Designer · Developer · Composer

A narrative game adapted from a short story written by my father. No cutscenes — every scene is a purpose-built mechanic, so the player never stops playing the film. I'm designing the branches, writing the code, and composing the score.

Beyond the work

The craft doesn't clock out.

Speaking

ServiceNow Knowledge 2026 — "Rise of the AI-Powered Service Desk," on the flagship conference stage.

Music

Composer — including the original score for Bodfish, written scene by scene alongside the mechanics.

Video

Producer of professional AI demo films — the ones at Knowledge 2026 drove 100+ client conversations.

Photography

Chasing warm light on weekends — it's where the site's palette comes from.

Let's talk.

I'm exploring product roles where craft, story, and frontier AI meet. If that sounds like your team, I'd love to hear from you.
